Jasmine White Limited operates a ‘no fuss’ returns policy. This means that you can return your goods should they be damaged or faulty, or not suitable. Any return must be received within 7 days of delivery. Please identify returns/exchanges clearly so that we do not have to return to the sender.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are returning an item to obtain a return authorization via email. Please send your goods through a signed delivery service such as the Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure that your goods are received by us. We cannot refund you for an item we do not receive.
All delivery costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. Returns received outside the above time frame are accepted at the discretion of Jasmine White Limited and can only be refunded as a merchandise credit.
Exchanges are possible, but exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and we have performed a quality control check on them. If there is an item you wish to exchange, we recommend you contact us at your earliest to book a desired item for an exchange to avoid disappointment.
Exchanges received outside of the above stated timescales are also subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a merchandise credit.
Jasmine White Limited will not accept returns for any items that have been worn and tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return it.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any cost(s) of recovery of the goods.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Goods may be returned if they are delivered damaged to the customer or have a manufacturing fault. All returned items will be subjected to a check and if the above does not apply, an exchange may be offered to the customer at the discretion of Jasmine White Limited.
Gifts may be exchanged for an item of similar value. All shipping and delivery costs will be borne by you. Please contact us in the first instance via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice once confirmed and authorised by us to you. All items returned following the returns policy outlined above will be refunded accordingly. The refunded amount will exclude all other costs apart from the value of the item and will be made directly to the original named purchaser of the item. If there is a delay in the above timescale we will let you know.
As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Delivery and Returns Legal Statement – Please Read Carefully
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 7 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post or email. Returning any item within 7 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Please quote your order number on all correspondence. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Jasmine White Limited will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required. If you return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Jasmine White Limited and you requires that you return the goods to Jasmine White Limited on cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
