The blitz of summer heat in the UK takes us back to the trip we undertook to India via Dubai around Easter. The trip was to visit new artisans and to inspire ourselves. Dubai showed us what can be achieved through careful planning and engineering whilst making use of the resources available to us.

 

The combination of design and modern technology makes Dubai an attractive place to visit. While the port city has embraced modernity it has clear overlaps on middle eastern artistic influences which was lovely to observe.
